Existing Agency Fees match + Complimentary year-end Tax Services

 

  • For individual investment owner(s) or director(s) of a corporate entity only.

  • Our fixed price for service and calculation is based on tailoring a comparable service offering to your existing property agent and management services.

  • When there may be divergences, we will work with you to come to an amicable fee arrangement and service offering.

 

An Example:

Existing Property Agent fees =                                        7.75% of gross rental income.

Gross Rental Income =                                                     $500 pw x 52 weeks = $26,000

Total Property Agent Fees =                                            $26,000 x 7.75% = $2,015.00

Existing Tax Agent Fees =                                                 $220.00 (Est. single and one rental property) 

Total Existing Fees =                                                          $2,015 + $220 = $2,235.00

 

GYEA Property Mgmt fee =                                           $2,015.00
