For individual investment owner(s) or director(s) of a corporate entity only.
Our fixed price for service and calculation is based on tailoring a comparable service offering to your existing property agent and management services.
When there may be divergences, we will work with you to come to an amicable fee arrangement and service offering.
Existing Property Agent fees = 7.75% of gross rental income.
Gross Rental Income = $500 pw x 52 weeks = $26,000
Total Property Agent Fees = $26,000 x 7.75% = $2,015.00
Existing Tax Agent Fees = $220.00 (Est. single and one rental property)
Total Existing Fees = $2,015 + $220 = $2,235.00
GYEA Property Mgmt fee = $2,015.00
