Feasibility Analysis and
Project Management

Feasibility Studies and Projects -

the contrasts and the correlations

A feasibility study otherwise known as feasibility analysis or feasibility report, is a way to evaluate whether or not a prospect or investment plan (projects) could be successful.

A feasibility study evaluates the practicality of your project in order to judge whether or not you're able to move forward with the prospect or investment.

The feasibility study aims to address five primary aspects of a project being:

  1. Economic feasability

  2. Technical feasability

  3. Operational feasability

  4. Schedule feasability

  5. Contractual feasibility

Feasibility studies are important for prospects or investments (projects) that represent significant outlays in regards to time, costs and resources for your entity.
