Service Description

Detailed taxation advice pertaining to personal tax affairs including but not limited to capital gains tax, negative gearing, ETPs, tax estimation and forecasting. Conducted face to face within the Scenic Rim, Gold Coast and Southern Brisbane service areas. Alternatively Facetime, Microsoft Teams, Skype, WhatsApp and Zoom available for all other areas. SMS / iMessage / Email / Website document submission facilities and support services also available. Includes supplementary email of proceedings.

Cancellation Policy

Payments and deposits are fully refundable if non attendance / cancellation is advised 12 hours prior to appointment. Cancellations received with less than 12 hours notice will result in the deposit proportion of the payment being held as a credit to reduce total fee upon reschedule. All amounts exceeding deposit amount will be refunded in the above scenario.
