Service Description

Standard Discounted ITR completed during normal weekday business hours. Via Face to Face, Document Drop Off, FaceTime, Microsoft Teams, Skype, WhatsApp and Zoom. SMS / iMessage / Email / Website document submission facilities and support services also available. PLEASE NOTE STANDARD ITR does not include complex tax events including but not limited to rental properties, share portfolios and capital gains events. Please see fee schedule for additional non standard tax add ons.

Cancellation Policy

Payments and deposits are fully refundable if non attendance / cancellation is advised 12 hours prior to appointment. Cancellations received with less than 12 hours notice will result in the deposit proportion of the payment being held as a credit to reduce total fee upon reschedule. All amounts exceeding deposit amount will be refunded in the above scenario.
