Facetime, Microsoft Teams, Skype, WhatsApp and Zoom also available. Includes supplementary email of proceedings and advice.

Cancellation Policy

Payments and deposits are fully refundable if non attendance / cancellation is advised 12 hours prior to appointment. Cancellations received with less than 12 hours notice will result in the deposit proportion of the payment being held as a credit to reduce total fee upon reschedule. All amounts exceeding deposit amount will be refunded in the above scenario.
